1. COURSE ENROLMENT & PAYMENT
  • Course fee is ₹30,000 (one-time). Payment via UPI, IMPS, RTGS or NEFT to the bank details provided after registration.
  • Your account is activated only after admin verifies your payment proof (screenshot + transaction ID). Activation takes up to 24 hours on business days.
  • Seats are limited to 30 per batch. Registering an account does not guarantee a seat — payment confirmation does.
  • EMI arrangements are available on request. Email learningbox7@gmail.com before paying.
2. REFUND POLICY
  • Full refund (100%) if you withdraw before attending the first 2 sessions, with no questions asked.
  • No refund after Week 2 — your seat has been reserved and curriculum access has begun.
  • If a batch is cancelled by DataSprint for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Refund requests must be sent to learningbox7@gmail.com with your registered email and payment reference.
3. COURSE ACCESS & STUDY MATERIALS
  • Study materials (PDFs, recordings) are for your personal learning only. Redistribution, resale or sharing outside the batch is strictly prohibited.
  • Session recordings are shared within 24 hours of each live session and remain accessible for the duration of your active enrolment.
  • Access to materials may be revoked if these terms are violated.
4. CODE OF CONDUCT
  • All students are expected to treat fellow students, instructors and staff with respect across all platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp group, email).
  • Disruptive behaviour during live sessions may result in removal from the batch without refund.
  • Academic integrity: all project work must be your own. Plagiarism will result in disqualification from certification.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
  • We collect your name, email, phone number and payment information solely for the purpose of administering your course enrolment.
  • Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.
  • We may use your email and phone to send course updates, session reminders, and relevant DataSprint announcements.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing learningbox7@gmail.com. Transactional messages (session links, payment confirmations) cannot be opted out of while enrolled.
6. COMMUNICATION POLICY
  • By registering, you agree to receive communications from Daily Bits and DataSprint.in via email, WhatsApp and SMS.
  • Communications include: session reminders, Zoom links, course materials, batch updates, payment confirmations, and DataSprint course announcements.
  • We respect your inbox — we send only relevant, purposeful messages. Typical frequency: 2–4 emails per week during active sessions.
7. CERTIFICATION
  • A DataSprint completion certificate is issued after completing all 3 projects and the mock interview session (Week 12).
  • Certificates are issued digitally. Physical copies are not provided.
8. DISCLAIMER
  • DataSprint does not guarantee job placement. We provide skills, projects and interview preparation. Outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions.
  • Salary figures mentioned (₹8L–₹70L) are market observations and not guarantees.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
